Medical Travel Assistance Program (MTAP)

Program provides financial assistance of up to $500 for transportation and hotel costs to families and individuals diagnosed with MPS or ML.

Services Provided:

• Travel Expenses/Gas Cards

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Live in service area

• Meet program’s eligibility criteria

• Meet program’s financial eligibility criteria

• Meet program’s medical criteria

• Meet program’s age criteria
