Program provides grants of up to $3000 for special equipment or medical aids to patients and families with a member diagnosed with MPS/ML.

Services Provided:

• Medical Supplies/Expenses

Educational/Recreational/Exercise/Therapeutic Programs:

• Live in service area

• Meet program’s eligibility criteria

• Meet program’s financial eligibility criteria

• Meet program’s medical criteria
