Extraordinary Experiences Program

Program provides grants of up to $1000 to individuals diagnosed with MPS and ML who are 13 years of age and older, and their families.

Services Provided:

• Financial Assistance

• Educational/Recreational/Exercise/Therapeutic Programs

Eligibility Guidelines:

• Live in service area

• Meet program’s eligibility criteria

• Meet program’s medical criteria

• Meet program’s age criteria
