summary/abstract:Mucopolysaccharidoses are extremely rare, progressive, often severe multisystem disorders, some of which are managed by weekly intravenous enzyme replacement therapy. This study aimed to determine the difficulties faced by the patients with mucopolysaccharidosis and their families due to enzyme replacement therapy.
